Due to the nature of compute resources used for AI generations, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been used.

2. Subscription Cancelations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in cases of technical failure or accidental duplicate billing. Please contact support.
